With more than twenty (20) years of mould making experience plus the special aluminum casting method developed by “RuGao Chaoda Mould”, all moulds produced by Nangtong Chaoda Mould have many special features. Some of the features include; proportioned mould walls, flat and extremely smooth cavity surface finish, exceptionally strong and dense aluminum castings with high thermal efficiency that translates to significant energy savings.
Chaoda specializes in all kinds of forming and punching moulds for the automotive industry. PU, EPP, EPS, EPE Polyfoam moulds, gauges and specially designed automated mechanical equipment are current types of products that NangTong Chaoda Mould produces.

Our design and development centre employees the best and brightest mould designers. Chaoda currently has annual sales exceeding $15million U.S.D. Our development centre has progressed rapidly in the past five years and is now capable of completing a design project from concept to completion without any outside assistance. Chaoda strongly emphasizes creativity and technical preparation in all of our research projects and expect to show new research results each year. We have applied for and received patents resulting from our development projects. One of our most recent patents is for the heat insulation coating on “polyfoam” moulds that reduces water usage and greatly improves cycle times. Also included in this mould development process is “zero tolerance” machining. Many of our customers have expressed fantastic results form these two features built into our moulds.
Our company continues to make investments in personnel and machinery that will keep us in the lead in our industry. Chaoda recently added a five (5) axis, high-speed machining centre, several three (3) axis machining centers, a large scale CMM machine and several more pieces of production equipment.
